Argentina imposes sanctions to the illegal fishing in Falklands Island
marzo 26 (ANCLA) - (Buenos Aires) The Argentinean government announced that it will impose harder economic sanctions against the illegal fishing near the Falklands Island, with hardships of up to 3.3 million dollars. Inside the controlled place it’s the area in litigation with Great Britain. The measure responds to that the colonial government of the Falklands granted fishing licenses for 25 years, and the Argentinean Senate will approve the application of penalties, voted unanimously by the whole Camera of Deputies. It is expected that the new resolution is approved before the 25 th anniversary of the Falkland’s War next one April 2nd.
